We do our best to resolve lost or delayed order issues! However, we find the fastest way to get results, is to contact the courier directly.
All orders are shipped with Aus Post, please go ahead and track your order here.
You'll need your tracking number, which is in your shipping confirmation email. These emails are cheeky and like to sneak into spam folders, so please check there if it isn’t in your main inbox.
SHIPPING RATES
Within Australia
- Standard shipping is free (applied at checkout) for orders $80 and over.
- Standard shipping is $10 for orders less than $80.
- Express shipping is available for $15.
International Shipping
- Shipping is free (applied at checkout) for orders over AUD$160.
- Shipping is AUD$30 for orders less than AUD$160.
SHIPPING TIMES
- VIC, NSW, ACT & SA: 1-3 business days*.
- QLD & TAS: 2-4 business days*.
- WA & NT: 3-5 business days*.
- International: 10-28 business days*.
*Delivery time frames begin once order is collected by the courier.
RETURNS
As part of the "ICTC GR8 Fit Guarantee", we offer free Aus wide returns and exchanges.
You're welcome to refund or exchange your purchase, providing that it meets the following guidelines:
- Item(s) returned within 30 business days of receiving.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.
Return and replacement postage for international orders are paid by the customer.

All our domestic & international deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.
